I have a development site here localgold2.solsnet.co.uk/ with a fresh install of SOB2, with the nearby places and related entries modules installed.

I've tried every setting but still can't get anything to show in the nearby places module.

What anm I doing wrong, any help would be much appreciated.

Please try the new version of this module.

If no result:
1.,
Check you sobi2 settings:
View Configuration/Google Maps/Map Latitude Field and Map Longitude Field
and set this correctly.
2.,
Please Use different coordinates for you entries. In you test site has 2 enties with same long/lat values.
3.,
Use the module debug mode and send me the result.

For me it would be a very usefull module. I'am using it to display Camp-sites. If a campsite is occupied it can show alternatives in the area.
But...... i can only see the title and a blanc screen.
The module can reeds the gps loc from the file but does not show anything. Do i have to fill in the lat and log field in the module ?? Have all data set in Sobi2 and it works, but not the Nearby Module.
Debug mode tells:

Pick a province an the Nearby module appears in the field on the right.

At first please try to set the distance to 0 and leave the custom fields empty.

Solved. The long and lat values was stored with wrong format. (Use . instead of , . eg long: 6.055 and not 6,055)
